A penny

I relived again the joy in the Holy communion as a definite one on one experience with God this morning. Coming back to the pew, I had no more knelt to savor and appreciate the moment of the eucharist when I looked down to see a penny on the floor ahead of me when an instantaneous thought popped in saying “A penny for your thoughts.” I smiled and gave Him $10 worth. 😀

Say what you will about the church building as to being necessary or not to ones faith practice, but He sure makes it interesting when you show up.
